DANIELLE ACKEN is an award-winning food photographer and writer with a photo style born in the late punk era and honed over two decades behind the lens and pen. She currently splits her time between Vancouver, BC, London, UK, and her farm studio on Canada’s beautiful Salt Spring Island. She is the author and photographer of several cookbooks including Let’s Eat! (Touchwood Editions, 2023) and Cedar + Salt (Touchwood Editions, 2019).
